Kingsley Ariegwe/Nigeria/Sexual Assault, Rape

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Kingsley Ariegwe, a criminal illegal alien from Nigeria, in Deer Lodge, Montana, on charges of sexual assault and rape by sodomy with strongarm force against a girl.

Ariegwe faces two of the gravest criminal charges possible. Rape by sodomy is a first-degree felony under Montana law carrying mandatory lengthy prison sentences and lifetime sex offender registration. Sexual assault reflects further predatory criminal conduct. Together, these charges reflect deeply predatory behavior targeting female victims and represent some of the most severe offenses prosecuted under Montana and federal law.

ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations officers apprehended Ariegwe in Deer Lodge. He currently remains in federal immigration custody and faces removal proceedings before a Department of Justice immigration judge, with potential deportation back to Nigeria.
