Rigoberto Garcia/Mexico/1st Degree Murder, DUI, Aggravated Assault

Rigoberto Garcia, a 38-year-old illegal alien and citizen of Mexico, was arrested by Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) New Orleans following serious criminal charges and convictions that include first-degree premeditated murder, aggravated assault, and driving under the influence. Garcia’s arrest was part of an ongoing enforcement effort targeting violent criminal aliens who pose a substantial threat to public safety.

Garcia had previously entered the United States without legal authorization.
