Rushane Douglas, a foreign fugitive and citizen of Jamaica, was deported by ERO New Orleans after being taken into ICE custody due to his outstanding criminal warrants in his home country. Douglas is wanted by Jamaican law enforcement authorities on multiple violent felony charges, including murder, possession of a prohibited weapon, and wounding with intent.
