U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Hector Pena Soto in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. The Mexico national — in the country illegally — faces charges of driving under the influence, traffic offense.

Impaired driving arrests involving illegal aliens have become a common intersection between local law enforcement and federal immigration enforcement.
