ICE agents apprehended Crister Posadas Castro in Omaha, Nebraska. The Honduras illegal alien faces charges of terroristic threat and fleeing prosecution.

The charges filed against Castro carry criminal penalties under state law and separately provide grounds for federal immigration enforcement.
