Delmer Neptali Midence/Honduras/DUI, Evading Arrest, Identity Theft

ICE New Orleans arrested Delmer Neptali Midence, a citizen of Honduras and an illegal alien residing in the United States, during an operation targeting individuals involved in serious drug trafficking and violent criminal activity. Midence, 35, has been living in the U.S. without lawful status and was taken into custody because of a criminal record that spans numerous felonies and offenses posing significant threats to public safety.

Midence’s criminal history includes a conviction for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine—a charge indicating direct participation in the trafficking and sale of dangerous narcotics. Court documents reveal that law enforcement discovered substantial quantities of methamphetamine in Midence’s possession, along with evidence suggesting his involvement in broader drug distribution networks. His activities contributed to the proliferation of illegal drugs, fueling addiction and crime in local communities.

In addition to methamphetamine trafficking, Midence has been convicted of possession of cocaine, further underscoring his deep involvement in the narcotics trade.
