Jorge Fuentes-Aguirre, a 61-year-old criminal alien and citizen of Mexico, was arrested by ICE Harlingen officers as part of targeted enforcement efforts focusing on repeat offenders and gang members who pose a risk to public safety. Fuentes, confirmed to be a member of the Paisas gang, has an extensive criminal record reflecting a pattern of both violent and drug-related offenses, as well as repeated violations of U.S. immigration laws.

Fuentes’s criminal history includes a conviction for possession with intent to distribute marijuana, a significant drug offense indicating involvement in narcotics trafficking operations.
