Osmid Arroyo/Mexico/Weapon Possession, Carrying a Concealed Weapon

ICE San Diego arrested Osmid Arroyo, a 49-year-old Mexican national. According to law enforcement records, Arroyo’s criminal history includes convictions for weapon possession and for carrying a concealed weapon. He was taken into custody in the San Diego area and processed for immigration detention while administrative proceedings move forward.

Weapon possession offenses are charged when a person unlawfully possesses a firearm or other prohibited weapon, such as by lacking required licensing, being otherwise prohibited, or possessing the weapon in a restricted location.
