Jose Luis Sanchez-Lopez/Mexico/Evading Arrest, Attempted Possession or Transfer of a Stolen Vehicle

ICE arrested Jose Luis Sanchez-Lopez, a 38-year-old citizen of Mexico who is unlawfully present in the United States.
