Wilson Arturo Constanza‑Galdomez, also known as “Humilde” and “Marco Saravia,” is a 26‑year‑old MS‑13 gang member from El Salvador convicted in federal court in Maryland. A jury found him guilty on September 19 of conspiracy to participate in a racketeering enterprise involving murders and attempted murders, as well as two counts of murder in aid of racketeering tied to MS‑13 activity in the Baltimore area.

Prosecutors showed that Constanza‑Galdomez helped lure teenage victims to secluded areas near Loch Raven Reservoir and the CSX Bayview rail yard, where they were brutally killed so participants could gain status within the gang. He now faces a mandatory life sentence in federal prison.
