Hernan Cortes-Valencia/Mexico/Sexual Assault Against A Child, Driving Under The Influence

Hernan Cortes-Valencia, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, has a final order of removal dating back to Dec. 1, 2016, yet remained in the United States for years afterward. Publicly released information from federal officials and media reports states that Cortes-Valencia was convicted of sexual assault against a child and sexual assault-carnal abuse, both involving a minor victim.
