Htun Min Pai, a criminal illegal alien from Burma and former member of the South Side Crips, has been identified in federal and media reports as having multiple drug and fraud convictions in the United States. Public summaries state that he has been convicted of three counts of felony drug possession, one count of misdemeanor drug possession and fraud, reflecting repeated narcotics offenses at different severity levels alongside a financial‑crime conviction.​
