The Department of Homeland Security included Jorge-Salgado on its official “Worst of the Worst” public database showcasing immigrants with criminal records arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement. According to federal officials, the Cuban national faces multiple serious charges spanning drug trafficking and violent offenses. Jorge-Salgado’s arrest was highlighted as part of the broader Operation Metro Surge initiative targeting criminal illegal aliens with extensive criminal histories in the Minneapolis area.
