Ivan Rodriguez-Lopez/Cuba/Assault, Burglary, Driving Under the Influence

Cuban national Ivan Rodriguez-Lopez was arrested by federal immigration authorities in Minnesota during Operation Metro Surge. Rodriguez-Lopez was previously convicted of assault, burglary, driving under the influence, possession of methamphetamine, theft, and neglect or endangerment of a child.

Federal immigration officials identified Rodriguez-Lopez as subject to a long-standing deportation order and classified him among criminal illegal aliens targeted for removal.
