Olugbeminiyi Aderibigbe/Nigeria/Wire Fraud

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Olugbeminiyi Aderibigbe, a criminal illegal alien from Nigeria, in Marietta, Georgia, on charges of wire fraud.

Wire fraud is a serious federal offense involving the use of electronic communications to carry out a scheme to defraud others of money or property. Federal wire fraud charges carry prison sentences of up to 20 years per count, with higher penalties when the fraud targets financial institutions.
