Joaquin Soriano Segura/El Salvador/Hit and Run, Vehicular Homicide

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Joaquin Soriano Segura, a criminal illegal alien from El Salvador, in Darien, Georgia, on charges of hit and run and negligent vehicular homicide.
