Abdiel De La Cruz, a 35-year-old citizen of Mexico and an illegal alien in the United States, was arrested by Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) New Orleans. De La Cruz has a disturbing and violent criminal record that includes multiple sexual offenses, substance violations, and assaults.
According to court records, De La Cruz has been convicted of two counts of statutory rape involving underage victims. In both cases, the assaults involved victims under the legal age of consent, and he was prosecuted under state laws for sexual offenses against minors.
