Ibrahim has been encountered multiple times by law enforcement across several jurisdictions. His criminal acts span a wide spectrum of violent, dangerous, and disruptive conduct, which triggered his placement into ICE custody following his latest arrest. Immigration officers determined that his history warranted immediate detention and placed him into removal proceedings.
Ibrahim, who does not have legal status in the U.S., is currently being held in ICE detention while he awaits an immigration judge’s ruling on his deportation case. No bond has been granted.
