Agustin Plancarte-Nunez/Mexico/Drug Trafficking

Mexican national Agustin Plancarte-Nunez, a previously removed criminal illegal alien, was taken into custody in Sandstone, Minnesota, after authorities identified his prior conviction for selling amphetamines and his illegal return to the United States. Records show he earlier pled guilty in federal court to an amphetamine trafficking offense, a conviction that later formed the basis for his federal illegal reentry charge after he came back to the country without authorization.
