ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Boston deported 59-year-old Jamaican national and criminal alien fugitive Albert George Davis from Stamford, Connecticut, to Jamaica on August 21. Davis had been illegally residing in the United States after entering lawfully on a nonimmigrant visa in New York City on June 14, 2020, which was later revoked.

Jamaican authorities in Saint Andrew Parish issued a warrant for Davis’ arrest on July 1, 2020, charging him with rape and sexual intercourse with a person under 16, and he allegedly fled to Connecticut to evade prosecution. He was arrested in Stamford by ICE Boston’s Hartford field office on May 29, 2024, and placed into removal proceedings, culminating in a March 4, 2025 order by a Justice Department immigration judge directing his removal to Jamaica.

An ERO Boston deputy field office spokesman said Davis had been hiding in the community for five years but will now be forced to face justice in Jamaica, emphasizing that ICE will continue to prioritize public safety by locating, arresting, and removing criminal alien offenders.
