Alberto Bracamontes/Mexico/Robbery, Possession of a Controlled Substance

Alberto Bracamontes, a 39-year-old citizen of Mexico, was arrested by Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) New Orleans following an investigation into his criminal record and immigration status. Bracamontes has an extensive and serious criminal history that includes robbery with a weapon—an offense involving the use or threat of violence to take property from another individual, posing a significant public safety concern.
