Alfredo Garcia-Arreola/Mexico/Synthetic Narcotics Smuggling

Alfredo Garcia-Arreola, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico and active member of the Paisas gang, has been identified in recent enforcement reports as having a lengthy criminal record tied to narcotics and immigration crimes. Public summaries state that he has been convicted of felony dangerous drug charges, misdemeanor assault, smuggling synthetic narcotics, other drug possession offenses and possessing fraudulent immigration documents.​

Garcia-Arreola has also been convicted of two counts of felony illegal reentry, indicating he returned to the United States after prior removals in violation of federal immigration law. He appears on ICE and media lists of Paisas gang members arrested during “Operation Metro Surge” in Minnesota, which targeted criminal illegal aliens with serious drug, fraud and repeat‑reentry offenses.
