On July 30, 2025, ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston arrested Antonio Hernandez-Soriano, an illegal alien from Mexico, in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Hernandez-Soriano was taken into custody due to a history of violent criminal activity and violations of protective court orders, coupled with his unlawful immigration status in the United States.

Hernandez-Soriano’s criminal history includes three separate charges of assault, two counts of reckless endangerment, and one count of criminal violation of a restraining order. These offenses indicate repeated acts of violence and recklessness that endangered both individuals and the public. Local records show that the assaults occurred in domestic and public settings, and the restraining order violation involved contact with a protected party despite an active court mandate. The multiple counts of reckless endangerment suggest disregard for the safety of others, especially in high-risk situations.

ICE agents arrested Hernandez-Soriano after confirming his presence in Bridgeport and verifying his record through local law enforcement channels. Given the serious nature of his criminal history and continued violation of U.S. law, Hernandez-Soriano will remain in ICE custody pending his removal proceedings. He has been issued a Notice to Appear before an immigration judge.
