U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has arrested Carlos Alberto Valbuena-Chirinos, a Venezuelan national charged with burglary. The arrest follows criminal charges filed against Valbuena-Chirinos for allegedly breaking into a building with intent to commit a crime.
According to authorities, Valbuena-Chirinos is charged with burglary after allegedly entering a building without permission with criminal intent. Investigators documented unauthorized access to the location and evidence consistent with a planned break-in. ICE officials state the burglary charge resulted in immigration enforcement action.
ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations took Valbuena-Chirinos into custody following the filing of criminal charges.
