El Salvadoran national Carlos Antonio Flores-Miguel, an MS-13 gang member, was arrested by federal immigration authorities in Minnesota on January 20, 2026. Flores-Miguel was previously convicted of rape by force, robbery, and charged with illegal reentry following multiple prior deportations. According to federal records, Flores-Miguel is a registered sex offender who has been deported four times prior to his recent arrest.
