Celio David Calona-Hernandez/Honduras/Larceny, Fraud

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Celio David Calona-Hernandez, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras, in Atlanta, Georgia, on charges of larceny, impersonation fraud, and unlawful reentry into the United States.

Calona-Hernandez faces three criminal charges. Larceny involves the unlawful taking of another person’s property. Fraud by impersonation — falsely representing oneself as another — is a criminal offense under Georgia law. He had also previously been removed and reentered without authorization, a federal felony. Together, these charges reflect a pattern of theft, deception, and immigration violations.

ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations officers apprehended Calona-Hernandez in Atlanta. He currently remains in federal immigration custody and faces removal proceedings before a Department of Justice immigration judge, with potential deportation back to Honduras.
