Chrishnna Padilla-Silva/Chile/Robbery
On April 23, 2025, ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Denver arrested Chrishnna Padilla-Silva, a 21-year-old Chilean national suspected of participating in an organized South American theft ring operating across the Denver metro area. Padilla-Silva was taken into custody following a joint effort with local law enforcement agencies after her involvement in a series of criminal acts including robbery, burglary, and grand theft.
According to investigators, Padilla-Silva was apprehended alongside two other individuals connected to the same criminal group. The trio is believed to have targeted residential neighborhoods and commercial properties, stealing valuables and evading detection through coordinated tactics. Law enforcement had been tracking the suspects following a string of reported break-ins and property crimes that bore similarities in method and execution.
Padilla-Silva does not have lawful immigration status in the United States and had no pending immigration applications at the time of her arrest. Her role in the organized theft ring and her suspected ties to transnational criminal activity led ICE to initiate enforcement proceedings immediately.
Following her arrest, she was booked into an ICE detention facility and placed in removal proceedings. She remains in custody pending an immigration judge’s decision. The investigation into the broader theft operation remains ongoing.
