Chudier Bangout/Sudan/Child Molestation

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Chudier Bangout, a criminal illegal alien from Sudan, in Anchorage, Alaska, on charges of a sex offense against a child involving fondling.

Sexual offenses against a child involving fondling are grave felonies under Alaska law carrying mandatory lengthy prison sentences and lifetime sex offender registration requirements. Crimes involving the sexual abuse of children are among the most severely prosecuted under both state and federal law, and criminal illegal aliens convicted of such offenses face both criminal punishment and mandatory removal proceedings.

ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations officers apprehended Bangout in Anchorage. He currently remains in federal immigration custody and faces removal proceedings before a Department of Justice immigration judge, with potential deportation back to Sudan.
