ICE El Paso arrested Dai Thanh Nguyen, age fifty-one, a Vietnamese national. Records reflect felony convictions for aggravated sexual assault of a child, sexual assault of a child, burglary, and money laundering. Nguyen was ordered removed from the United States in 1997 and is now in ICE custody pending immigration proceedings.
