On February 10, 2025, ICE Miami arrested Dario Gonzalez, a citizen of Cuba. Gonzalez has been convicted of lewd or lascivious acts with a minor and sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Also on February 10, 2025, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested Ciro Teodoro-Rivera, a 40-year-old Mexican national, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Teodoro-Rivera had been convicted of sexual imposition and aggravated assault. Following his arrest, he was taken into ICE custody, where he remains as of February 13, 2025.

ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Detroit Field Office Director Robert Lynch stated, “The arrest and removal of illegal alien sex offenders remains a top priority for our agency. Our communities should not be a safe haven for these bad actors.”
