Federal immigration agents arrested David Garcia-Arzate, a Mexico national an illegal migrant, in Portland, Oregon, on charges of dangerous drugs.

While possession charges are generally less severe than trafficking, they remain a significant legal matter for illegal aliens, who face not only criminal prosecution but also a separate federal immigration case.
