Federal immigration authorities arrested criminal illegal alien David Gonzalez Rivas in Hastings, Minnesota, after locating him despite his prior attempt to evade justice. Gonzalez Rivas, a national of El Salvador, had been convicted of assault and of flight to avoid prosecution or confinement in connection with earlier criminal proceedings.
