Dionicio Carbajal Escobar/Mexico/Narcotics Offenses, Fraudulent Documents

Federal authorities have taken into custody Dionicio Carbajal Escobar, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico and active member of the Paisas gang, after a long record of narcotics and immigration crimes. Officials report he has seven drug convictions, including cocaine possession, along with trespassing and 13 counts of illegal reentry into the United States.​

Carbajal Escobar has also been convicted of possessing fraudulent immigration documents, further underscoring his repeated efforts to evade federal law. In addition to his prior convictions, he now faces pending charges that include a felony weapon offense, shoplifting, property damage, and dangerous drug violations, which authorities say reflect an ongoing pattern of criminal behavior.​

He remains in federal custody while these new charges move forward and immigration officials determine the next steps in his case.​
