Eduardo Negrete/Mexico/Lewd Acts With Child, Gang Activity

Eduardo Negrete is a Mexican criminal illegal alien and documented Eastside San Diego gang member who was arrested by ICE San Diego officers on September 25 during a targeted operation against convicted child sex predators. Records show that Negrete was convicted in California in 2013 for committing lewd acts with a child under the age of 14, an offense that requires registration as a sex offender and carries significant prison exposure under state law.​​

ICE officers located and arrested Negrete in San Diego’s Encanto neighborhood, only a short distance from an elementary school and what appeared to be an in‑home daycare, raising heightened public‑safety concerns.
