ICE New Orleans arrested Eiezer Pavon-Ordaz, a citizen of Mexico and an illegal alien residing in the United States, during a targeted enforcement action focused on individuals with histories of violent crime. Pavon-Ordaz, 35, has been living in the country without lawful status and was apprehended due to his serious criminal background.

Pavon-Ordaz’s criminal record includes a conviction for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a felony offense that involves intentionally threatening or causing harm to another person while wielding a weapon capable of inflicting significant bodily injury or death.
