Enzo Parra Jimenez/Venezuela/Weapon Offense

Enzo Parra Jimenez, a Venezuela national living in the country illegally, was taken into custody by ICE agents in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on charges of weapon offense.

Illegal weapons possession is a serious offense under both state and federal statutes, and for illegal aliens, it significantly increases legal exposure on both the criminal and immigration sides.

Jimenez is currently in federal immigration custody awaiting a hearing before a Department of Justice immigration judge, which will determine whether removal to Venezuela is ordered.
