Fabian Constantion/Mexico/Domestic Violence, Lewd and Lascivious Acts with a Minor
ICE New Orleans arrested Fabian Constantion, a citizen and national of Mexico, on July 11, 2025, following his identification as a removable noncitizen due to serious criminal convictions in the United States. According to ICE records, Constantion has been convicted of lewd and lascivious acts with a minor, a felony offense involving unlawful sexual contact or behavior directed toward a child. Crimes of this nature are considered aggravated felonies under U.S. immigration law and carry the highest level of immigration consequences, including mandatory detention and removal.
Lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor is prosecuted as a serious sex offense and is associated with permanent bars to reentry into the United States for noncitizens. These charges reflect predatory behavior toward vulnerable individuals and are a key factor in prioritizing immigration enforcement actions.
In addition to the sex offense, Constantion has a conviction for domestic violence, an offense involving physical abuse, threats, or other forms of harm against a spouse, partner, or household member. Domestic violence is classified as a crime of moral turpitude under immigration law and can further render a noncitizen ineligible for immigration relief or protection from removal.
ICE has not released additional information regarding the dates, jurisdictions, or circumstances surrounding Constantion’s offenses, nor whether he has any additional criminal history. Following his arrest, he was taken into ICE custody. As of the latest report, Constantion remains detained pending further immigration proceedings to determine his removability from the United States.
