Feliciano Tomas/Mexico/Multiple DUIs

by G. George | July 28, 2025

Feliciano Tomas, a citizen of Mexico who is illegally present in the United States, was arrested by ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) San Francisco in July. Tomas has a criminal history that includes multiple convictions for driving under the influence (DUI), making him a repeat offender with a demonstrated disregard for the law and public safety.

Law enforcement records show that Tomas has been convicted of DUI on several occasions across different jurisdictions. In one instance, he was found operating a vehicle with a dangerously high blood alcohol concentration, endangering pedestrians and other drivers. Despite previous arrests and penalties such as court-ordered treatment, license suspension, and probation, Tomas continued to violate the law, showing a pattern of behavior that put communities at risk.

ICE officers apprehended Tomas following his most recent encounter with local authorities. Given his repeated offenses and immigration violations, he was taken into custody and placed in removal proceedings. ICE has confirmed that Tomas will remain in detention pending the outcome of his case, and his prior record will be considered during removal proceedings.
