Francisco Eduardo Bonilla/El Salvador/Sexual Indecency with a Minor

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested 37-year-old Salvadoran national Francisco Eduardo Bonilla on August 22 during a weeklong enforcement operation in southeast Texas targeting criminal foreign nationals. ICE identified Bonilla as a criminal alien and child predator unlawfully present in the United States.​

According to public records cited in news reports, Bonilla was convicted of sexual indecency with a minor in Harris County, Texas, in February 2025, a felony child sex offense that elevated him to a top‑priority arrest category.

Officials highlighted his case among several recent child sex offenders taken into custody during the same operation, which focused on removing what authorities described as the “worst of the worst” offenders from the Houston area.
