Ge Yang, a criminal illegal alien from Laos, has a final order of removal dated Oct. 16, 2012, but remained in the United States until recently taken into custody during a Minnesota enforcement surge. Publicly released summaries state that Yang was convicted of strongarm rape, a forcible sexual assault offense involving significant violence.
