ICE New Orleans arrested Genaro Perdomo Mateo, a citizen and national of Honduras, on July 11, 2025, following his identification as a removable noncitizen based on multiple convictions for sexual crimes involving minors. According to ICE records, Perdomo Mateo has been convicted of felony touching a child for lustful purposes, a serious offense that involves unlawful sexual contact with a minor motivated by sexual intent.
