Henrys Alexis Moreno/Venezuela/Conspiracy to Transport Aliens

ICE New Orleans arrested Henrys Alexis Moreno, a citizen of Venezuela and an illegal alien in the United States, following his conviction for conspiracy to transport aliens.

Moreno’s case involved coordinating and facilitating the unlawful movement of individuals across U.S. borders, a federal offense that carries severe penalties due to its role in enabling illegal entry and circumventing immigration controls.
