Heriberto Tellez Romualda/Mexico/Sex Assault

Mexican national Heriberto Tellez Romualda was arrested in Sandstone, Minnesota, after officials identified him as a criminal illegal alien with a prior conviction for carnal abuse. Public information circulating in Minnesota lists him as having been convicted of sex assault involving carnal abuse, a serious sexual offense that led to his removal from the United States.
