Agents with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) in Arizona arrested Jesus Gilberto Carrizoza, a 47-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, on December 3. Carrizoza was taken into custody based on a prior conviction for sexual assault, which designated him as a significant threat to the community.
