Johnny Kelvin Paz-Tabora/Honduras/Assault with a Deadly Weapon

ICE Los Angeles HSI Integrated Operations Group arrested Johnny Kelvin Paz-Tabora, a 44-year-old citizen of Honduras, on August fourteen. According to arrest records, he faces a state charge for assault with a deadly weapon. This is an arrest, not a conviction; the allegation will be adjudicated in the appropriate criminal court under the applicable burden of proof. He was transferred to immigration custody following the arrest and is being held pending removal proceedings.

Assault with a deadly weapon is charged when a person intentionally or knowingly uses or exhibits a weapon in a manner capable of causing death or serious bodily injury. Investigations in such cases typically rely on victim and witness statements, medical documentation, photographs of injuries, and officer reports describing how the weapon was used or displayed.
