Jonathan Pesquera-Puerto/Honduras/Racketeering Conspiracy, Murder in Aid of Racketeering
Jonathan Pesquera‑Puerto, 24, of Honduras and known as “Truney,” was the third MS‑13 member convicted in the Baltimore racketeering case. The federal jury found him guilty on September 19 of conspiracy to participate in a racketeering enterprise and one count of murder in aid of racketeering.
Trial evidence established that Pesquera‑Puerto joined fellow MS‑13 members in plotting and carrying out the May 2020 machete and knife killing of 16‑year‑old Gabriela Ardon near Loch Raven Reservoir, then reported the murder to MS‑13 leaders for “credit” within the gang. He also faces a mandatory life sentence for his racketeering and murder convictions.
