Jorge Miguel Molina-Atrisco/Mexico/DUI, Assault

Jorge Miguel Molina-Atrisco, a thirty-five-year-old citizen of Mexico who is illegally present in the United States, was arrested by ICE Salt Lake City officers after notification from local authorities in Weber County, Utah. Molina-Atrisco has a criminal history that includes a conviction for driving under the influence (DUI) and a separate conviction for assault stemming from a domestic incident in 2022. In both cases, local police cited his unlawful immigration status as a factor in transferring his custody to ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO).

Court records show that Molina-Atrisco was arrested for DUI after being pulled over for erratic driving and later failed field sobriety tests. The assault conviction followed a domestic disturbance call where he was found to have physically assaulted a family member. After serving a brief local jail sentence, he was released and immediately taken into ICE custody based on his immigration status and criminal record.
