Juan Jose Fuentes Huezo, a criminal illegal alien from El Salvador, was arrested during a major Homeland Security operation in Minneapolis on Jan. 7.

Fuentes Huezo has been convicted of domestic violence, shoplifting, and disorderly conduct in the United States. Court and enforcement summaries describe the domestic violence conviction as arising from an incident involving a household or intimate partner, resulting in a documented offense against a family or domestic victim. Fuentes Huezo also has a shoplifting conviction, which involves the unlawful taking of merchandise from a retail establishment without payment, a common theft-related offense recorded in local police and court statistics.

In addition, he was convicted of disorderly conduct, a charge typically used when a person engages in behavior that disturbs public peace, causes alarm, or creates a physically offensive or hazardous condition. These three convictions collectively show repeated contact with law enforcement for violence in the home, theft in a commercial setting, and disruptive behavior in public spaces.

“In the face of violent attacks, ICE law enforcement arrested pedophiles, rapists, and drug traffickers in Minneapolis yesterday,” Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a news release. “Every single day our law enforcement officers put their lives on the line to arrest the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens from American communities. We will not let rioters slow us down from making Minnesota safe again—something Governor Walz and Mayor Frey REFUSED to do.”
