Kethsana Phommachanh/Laos/Attempted Theft, Attempted Delivery of Drugs

Kethsana Phommachanh, a citizen of Laos and an illegal alien in the United States, was recently apprehended by ICE New Orleans as part of targeted operations to remove dangerous individuals whose criminal activities pose serious threats to public safety.
