Kleber Palacios-Condo/Ecuador/Weapons Offenses, Menacing, DUI

Kleber Palacios‑Condo is a 27‑year‑old citizen of Ecuador arrested by ICE Buffalo officers during a weeklong operation in Central New York that targeted criminal aliens and immigration violators. The operation concluded September 19 and resulted in 35 arrests across the region.​

Palacios‑Condo’s criminal history includes weapons possession and menacing with weapons, indicating prior incidents in which he unlawfully possessed a weapon and used or displayed it in a threatening manner. He also has a driving under the influence (DUI) offense on his record, adding an impaired‑driving crime to his list of public‑safety risks.​

Because of this combination of weapons and DUI offenses along with his unlawful presence in the United States, Palacios‑Condo was taken into ICE custody for immigration processing and now faces removal proceedings.​
